Rights of the people
The site of the Data Protection Authority (DPA) has changed, so the link to which we referred you to get the information published by the DPA regarding the rights of individuals has been adapted.
Surveillance cameras
The regulations concerning surveillance cameras have changed. In the section on technical and organizational security measures, we have adapted the link to the new regulations and the new declaration form.
Data Protection Officer
The Data Protection Authority has just posted the DPO declaration form online. We have updated GDPRfolder accordingly with the procedure to follow. Once you have submitted the form, please insert a copy of the form and a copy of the DPA's response on GDPRfolder which will allow you to prove that you are in compliance on this point.
