GDPR Folder : available for French people
After having successfully launched GDPRfolder in Belgium, and in four languages, GDPRfolder is now available for French SMEs, VSEs and associations.
GDPRfolder France was created to coordinate relations with French customers.
Even if the RGPD is a European regulation, it is nevertheless true that some national specificities remain applicable.
The initial version was therefore reviewed and adapted by French practitioners and a law firm expert in RGPD.
The procedures specific to the CNIL have been integrated into the tool.
All legal documents, which are available to our subscribers, have been reviewed and adapted:
- confidentiality clauses
- the subcontract
- privacy policy for websites
- decision models to be taken
- cookie policy
- etc.
The French team is at the disposal of the many French SMEs, VSEs, Associations and freelancers who have not yet implemented the GDPR compliance.
