After the initial Belgian version in French, the version dedicated to insurance brokers who are members of Feprabel, and the Dutch version, GDPRfolder offers its Belgian English-speaking customers a version in English.
Belgium: state of play of the RGPD
Belgium's location as the capital of Europe, the seat of NATO and many international institutions, means that many English-speaking organizations and associations are based in Belgium and wish to comply with the GDPR and be able to demonstrate this.
The European Commission imposes more and more, and this is only normal, on lobbies and tenderers, and other NGOs to comply and to be able to demonstrate it.
GDPRFolder : in English version
GDPRfolder has therefore decided to offer these institutions an English-language version so that they can easily demonstrate their efforts to comply with the RGPD.
For this adaptation, the English version was reviewed by RGPD practitioners working in English so that all the vocabulary is perfectly adapted to English-speaking clients.
