We work hard to make GDPRfolder as reliable as possible and save you time in your compliance with the RGPD.
Today, we have improved one of the most frequently reported issues (thanks to all those who reported the information to us!): the generation of the GDPR file in PDF containing all the legal texts and the proofs of your GDPR compliance efforts (e.g. appointment of the DPO, proof of staff training, letters to your subcontractors, etc.).
In practice:
- if your RGPD folder contains a large number of attachments or large attachments, you should no longer see errors like "Your RGPD folder could not be generated"

if you have kept the GDPRfolder application open in your browser, your PDF file will automatically download when it is ready

Finally, as we are aware that this process can take several minutes, you don 't have to wait until your RGPD file is ready to download: you will automatically receive an email at the end of the file generation process with a link to download it directly.
