Do you need to be an expert?
NO, our questions and templates have been clearly written for people who do not have legal or technical expertise.
What happens at the end of the subscription?
You Dossier RGPD in pdf will no longer be modifiable once the subscription has expired. However, it will be converted 1 month during which you can resume your subscription.
GDPR FOLDER does it perform an audit?
Our tool allows you to perform a self-diagnosis through the questionnaire. It is not an external audit since your answers are declarative and you are solely responsible for the quality of the answers.
Why do we need an GDPR compliance file?
All companies subject to the GDPR must not only comply but also be able to justify what they have done to achieve it. Our "on-the-fly" updated file covers all your provisions in this matter and protects your structure.
How long does it take in total?
The self-diagnosis phase (answering the questionnaire) takes about 2 hours. Then, depending on your case, it can take from a few extra hours to a few days to bring you into compliance. We advise you to do this over time to better assimilate.

I don't have any employees or website, am I concerned?
YES potentially because you can be independent and without a website but still subject to the RGPD if you process personal data (prospects, customers, exchanges, subcontracting...).
I have already taken steps, why do I need to go further?
It is good to have already settled a certain number of issues but the expectation is that you have taken the whole subject: website, internal processes, HR. Our tool allows you to make a complete tour of the subject so you don't forget anything.
What are the risks if I am not compliant?
You expose yourself to risks of data accidents, complaints from your customers/suppliers/partners but also to controls and sanctions from the CNIL which can go up to 4% of the turnover before tax.
What if we have a DPO (Data Protection Officer)?
If you have appointed a DPO with the CNIL (not just an internal RGPD referent), it is better to go through our subscription version which is more appropriate.
We process a lot of sensitive data. What should we do?
If you process sensitive and/or large-scale data, you may need to appoint a DPO (Data Protection Officer) and switch to our more appropriate 1-year or 3-year subscription version.
Our tools are already GDPR compliant
Many business tools are now GDPR compliant (they allow for example to collect consent, delete data etc.), this is an asset. However, this does not mean that your company is compliant: you still have to comply.
How long is my file valid?
Your file, which you can keep as a PDF, has no expiration date. It remains valid as long as your organization and processes do not change. If this is not the case, we advise you to periodically review your file (at least every 6 months).
We've already managed the cookies, is that enough?
No. Cookies and your website are the "tip of the iceberg". The RGPD also concerns the security of your premises, infrastructures, your commercial, HR and financial processes as soon as they involve personal data.
Who is subject to the RGPD?
All self-employed persons, liberal professions, associations, private or public companies are subject to the RGPD as soon as they process personal data (which allow to identify directly or indirectly a person). It does not matter if you deal with private or professional customers.
Am I subject to the RGPD as a subcontractor?
YES as a subcontractor, you have obligations in this area to be GDPR compliant and to respect the obligations of your principals. These provisions are managed in our tool.
